The Christmas descents “Christ is born…”, are chanted from 21 November to 24 December.
Christ is born, glorify Him! Christ comes from heaven; go to meet Him! Christ is on earth; be exalted! Sing to the Lord, all the earth! And praise Him in gladness, O people, for He has been glorified!
Christ is born; glorify Him! Christ descends from heaven; Christ manifests himself on earth; Praise the Lord all the inhabitants of the earth and praise Him with joy, the various nations, for he is glorified.
